These Baked Chicken Wings with Honey Garlic Sriracha Sauce are spicy-sweet, sticky, and DELICIOUS! These wings are my family's favorite and we always have them on the table for game day!
Chicken Wings | Salt Vegetable Oil | Pepper Granulated Garlic | Butter Sesame Oil | Garlic | Ginger Honey | Sriracha | Cornstarch Soy Sauce | Lime Juice Red Pepper Flakes | Water
Melt the butter with sesame oil. Stir in garlic and ginger. Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Stir in some water and cornstarch. Whisk the sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Add a rack to a baking sheet and spray with cooking oil. Place the wings on the rack and brush with vegetable oil. Season the wings with granulated garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake them for 20 minutes.
Turn wings over and brush the other side with oil and season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for another 25 minutes. Remove wings from oven and dip them in the sauce. Place back into the oven for 10 more minutes.
