Sprinkle the meat with Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning. Stir together flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the meat into the flour mixture. Add meat to hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Remove the meat from the skillet and top each piece with a slice of provolone cheese. Open the buns and place the meat, top with caramelized onions.
