This cream of mushroom pork chops recipe is a quick and easy, flavorful weeknight dinner that goes great with mashed potatoes or rice!
Pork Chops | Cajun Seasoning Canola Oil | Water | Butter Cream of Mushroom Soup Worcestershire Sauce | Garlic
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over each chop.
In a bowl stir the soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the pork chops on both sides.
Pour sauce over chops and add some butter to each chop. Cover the skillet with tin foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and stir the sauce. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
