Vegetable Oil | Flour Cubed Round Steak | Egg Buttermilk | Tony's Seasoning Hot Sauce | Salt | Pepper Worcestershire Sauce
Assemble together some baking sheets, pie plates, and a paper towel-lined plate. On one plate add flour, Tony's seasoning, and pepper. In the other pie plate add buttermilk, egg, and hot sauce.
Sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Dip the steaks in flour then the buttermilk mixture, then the flour again. Lay them on the baking sheet.
Heat oil in a skillet, when hot, add the steaks and fry until golden brown, 3-4 minutes per side. Place on a paper towel-lined plate and serve warm. Enjoy!
