Combine all the dry ingredients. Whip together sugar and oil, adding eggs and vanilla. Then blend in the dry ingredients, adding milk.
Pour the batter into your prepared donut pan and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Then rest on a cooling rack.
Stir together the confectioner's sugar and milk until the mixture becomes a smooth, thick glaze. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze.
