Pangrattato Mixed Seeds | White Breadcrumbs Olive Oil | Salt | Pepper
Chop up the tomatoes. Add to a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Bring water to a boil and cook spaghetti for 11 minutes. Cook onions until soft, then add garlic and tomato paste.
Add the roasted tomatoes, stock, balsamic vinegar, and sugar and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Heat oil in a small skillet, and toast breadcrumbs and seeds until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Add spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine. Serve sprinkled with fresh basil and Pangrattato.
