Place 8 pineapple rings to form two rows on a prepared baking sheet. Place salmon on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix melted butter, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and remaining pineapple and pour over the salmon.
Drizzle with sesame oil and refrigerate until ready to cook. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven. Salmon should have an internal temp of 145F.
