WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE

Salmon Patties using canned salmon are easy and a healthy dinner staple that you can have on the menu anytime. Ready in less than 30 minutes, this recipe is a keeper and a kid favorite!

Canned Salmon | Eggs Onion | Breadcrumbs  Salt | Pepper Canola Oil 

INGREDIENTS

Drain the salmon and pick out round backbones and large pieces of skin. Add salmon, eggs, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Shape the mixture into patties. Pour oil into a skillet on medium-high heat. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Drain on a paper towel lined plate for a few minutes before serving.  Enjoy!
