Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over each chop. Heat oil and brown pork chops on both sides. Pour off any excess oil.
Stir together soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Pour over the chops and add a little dot of butter on top of each chop.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes or until done.
