Place sugar, salt, and honey in a large pot. Add chicken stock and boil until sugar and salt dissolve. Remove from heat and add the spices, vegetables, and herbs.
Stir in water and the rest of the stock. then let sit until it's completely cooled. Do not add turkey to warm water.
