Ingredients
3regular russet potatoes
2tablespoonsolive oil
½teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonChipotle or regular chili powder
½teaspooncumin
1teaspoonItalian herbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475. Cover baking sheet with tin foil.
Cut each potato in half and then cut the halves into 3-4 wedges. Place potatoes on baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with all the seasonings. Using your hands, mix the potatoes with the oil and seasonings, making sure each potato wedge is well coated.
Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn each potato wedge to the other side. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil.
Roast for another 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
