Fresh Salsa Southern Style
Fresh salsa made with garden fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, Vidalia onions, and herbs. It's a great sweet and savory appetizer!

Ingredients

chopped Vidalia onion
▢

chopped plum tomatoes

chopped red bell pepper

chopped green bell pepper

chopped yellow bell pepper

whole jalapeno, seeded and ribs removed, finely minced (optional)

chopped green onions, white and green parts

extra virgin olive oil

apple cider vinegar

kosher salt, (more to taste)

freshly ground black pepper

shakes Tabasco sauce

chopped fresh herbs, (parsley, cilantro, or basil or a combination)

Juice of one lime
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently. Store in the refrigerator. Will keep for several days.
