Ingredients
For the Chicken
4chicken breasts
1teaspoonchili powder
2teaspoonsgarlicminced
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
⅔cuplime juice
¼cuphoney
¼cupolive oil
½tablespoononion powder
For the Salsa
3avocados
1smalltomato
¼red onion
3tablespoonscilantro
1tablespoonlime juice
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix chili powder, garlic, smoked paprika, lime juice, honey, olive oil, and onion powder.
Add chicken to the mixture making sure both sides are fully coated. Cover the bowl and place it in a refrigerator to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 5 minutes on each side.
For the avocado salsa, dice avocados, tomato, red onion, and cilantro. Mix together in a small bowl and add lime juice.
Serve grilled chicken warm with avocado salsa.
