Ingredients
12mini pancakes
6macarons
½cupsyrup
¼cuphazelnut spread
1cupgranola
1cupyogurt
1tbsphoney
2cupsfresh fruit
Sparkling wine or champagne
Instructions
Cook the pancakes according to directions.
First arrange the pancakes in the center of a board, platter or large serving plate. Add the macarons and/or any other breakfast pastries you’re using.
Transfer the spread and syrup into small bowls or small serving jugs and place them on the board.
Put the greek yogurt into a bowl and drizzle it with honey. Add the granola to a mason jar or bowl and place on the board.
Finally, fill any empty spaces with fresh fruit.
