Ingredients
3cupsrolled oats
1cupraw pecans
1cupsliced raw almonds
½cupraw pumpkin seeds
¼cupraw sunflower seeds
1teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspooncinnamon
Pinch each of ginger, allspice, cardamom
2tablespoonsdark brown sugar
½teaspoonvanilla
½cuphoney
2tablespoonsmaple syrupoptional, you can just add 2 additional tablespoons honey
¼cupcoconut or vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine oats, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl. Add salt, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cardamom, and dark brown sugar and stir to combine. Add vanilla, honey, maple syrup, and oil, and stir to combine.
Pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes, until mixture is light brown and toasty.
** Stir every 15 minutes and don't overcook. The granola will get crispy after it comes out of the oven.

*All nuts and seeds should be raw not roasted or salted.
