A green smoothie that's full of spinach and has fresh oranges, frozen mango, and ground flax seed to balance out. Tastes great!

Ingredients
4-5cupstightly packed spinach leaves
¼cupground flax seed
2cupsfrozen mango
2navel orangespeeled and cut into quarters
Ice
1 ½cupscold water or liquid of your choice
Instructions
Place spinach in blender, topped with flax seed, frozen fruit, fresh orange, and ice. Add water or juice to blend. Blend, pulsing a bit at first until ingredients are mixed, then on high for smoothness.
Notes
You can get all the ingredients ready--including the spinach--and freeze in a ziplock bag (leaving out the water of course). When ready to make the smoothie just put the frozen ingredients into the blender with the water or other liquid and blend away.
