Quick and easy Brie appetizer in mini tart shells with raspberry jam. These are so easy and great for any party.

Ingredients

mini phyllo shells
thawed
▢

8-ounce wedge
Brie
rind removed, cut into 48 pieces
▢

13-ounce jar
seedless raspberry jam
Instructions
Heat oven to 375.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place a slice of Brie in each shell and top with about 1/4 teaspoon jam.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until Brie is melted.
