Honey Cumin Okra
A crispy, quick sauteed okra that's healthy, a little spicy and quite delightful.

Ingredients

cups
chopped okra pods with caps removed

teaspoon
ground cumin
▢
¼
teaspoon
kosher salt
▢
¼
teaspoon
freshly ground pepper
▢

garlic cloves, chopped
▢

tablespoons
olive oil
▢
2
tablespoons
honey
▢
Dash or two of hot sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil on high and cook garlic just until it starts to brown.
Add okra, cumin, salt and pepper and stir gently until heated through.
Remove from heat and add honey and hot sauce, stirring to coat the okra.
Serve immediately.
