A tangy, spicy, slightly sweet barbecue sauce that's good on pork, chicken, or just about anything.
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonhot pepper sauce(I like Frank's)
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1/4cupmolasses or honey
Stir all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Store in refrigerator.
