Ingredients
112-ounce bagcranberriesrinsed
¾cupwater
½cupgranulated sugar
½cupbrown sugar
½cupchopped fresh pineapple
3tablespoonsprepared horseradish
1tablespoonDijon mustard
juice and zest of one orange
¼teaspoonfreshly ground nutmeg
¼teaspoonground allspice
⅛teaspoonground cloves
¼teaspoonground ginger
Instructions
Bring water and sugars to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add cranberries, orange juice and zest, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and ginger. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberry skins begin to pop and mixture begins to thicken, stirring frequently. Turn heat to low and add pineapple, horseradish and mustard. Simmer on low for another five minutes then remove from heat. Cool and place in refrigerator to chill. This sauce will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
