Unwrap the Brie and place it in an ovenproof dish.
Scatter the pecans on top and around the Brie.
Arrange the fig slices on top and around the Brie.
Drizzle with honey. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve the Brie straight from the oven while it’s still melted with slices of baguette and crackers.
Notes
This recipe is simple to adapt depending on how many people you want to serve. Use a larger 16 ounce wheel of Brie to feed a crowd. Aim for at least 2 ounces of cheese per person.
For convenience, we recommend you bake your Brie in the baking dish you intend to serve it in. A deep dish slightly bigger than the Brie itself is the most suitable, and means you can fit extra pecans and figs around the edges of the Brie.
