Ingredients

ciabatta loaf
▢
4
tablespoons
garlic butter, at room temperature
▢
8
ounces
fresh mozzarella
▢
2
cups
cherry tomatoes
▢
1
large handful fresh basil
▢
½
cup
balsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the
1 ciabatta loaf
into 8 slices and spread the top of each slice with the
4 tablespoons garlic butter, at room temperature
.
Arrange the ciabatta slices on the baking sheet then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is crisp and golden.
Remove the bread from the oven. Tear the
8 ounces fresh mozzarella
into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the bread.
Cut the
2 cups cherry tomatoes
in half and arrange them in piles on top of the mozzarella.
Add
1 large handful fresh basil
to each slice, some salt and pepper and drizzle over
1/2 cup balsamic glaze
. Enjoy!
