Spread 32 of the crackers with peanut butter. Top each cracker with another cracker so they are sandwiched.
Melt chocolate almond bark and milk chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Melt slowly (about 20 second intervals then stir) so you don’t scorch the chocolate.
Use a dipping fork, or two regular forks to dip each cracker sandwich until completely covered.
Place the cookies on wax paper to set. Before chocolate is completely set, add candied eyes, a red M&M for a nose and break pretzel twist to look like antlers and stick in top of cookie on each side.
Let cool on a wire rack or wax paper.

Gather all ingredients at once and prepare pans ahead of time.
Use room-temperature ingredients.
You can use a small offset spatula to spread peanut butter.
Submerge the cracker sandwich completely in melted chocolate, bring it straight up, and drag the sandwich across the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
Work quickly to assemble reindeer face before chocolate sets.
