Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers with Peanut Butter
These chocolate covered Ritz crackers with peanut butter are the perfect salty, sweet treat and so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 64 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 12 ounces chocolate almond bark
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 32 red M&Ms
- Pretzel twists
- 64 candied eyes
Instructions
- Lay out 32 Ritz crackers and set aside 32 more.
- Spread 32 of the crackers with peanut butter. Top each cracker with another cracker so they are sandwiched.
- Melt chocolate almond bark and milk chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Melt slowly (about 20 second intervals then stir) so you don’t scorch the chocolate.
- Use a dipping fork, or two regular forks to dip each cracker sandwich until completely covered.
- Place the cookies on wax paper to set. Before chocolate is completely set, add candied eyes, a red M&M for a nose and break pretzel twist to look like antlers and stick in top of cookie on each side.
- Let cool on a wire rack or wax paper.
Notes
- Gather all ingredients at once and prepare pans ahead of time.
- Use room-temperature ingredients.
- You can use a small offset spatula to spread peanut butter.
- Submerge the cracker sandwich completely in melted chocolate, bring it straight up, and drag the sandwich across the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
- Work quickly to assemble reindeer face before chocolate sets.
