Load a parchment paper-lined 9x13 baking sheet or dish with a layer of chips. We used about 3/4 of 1 11-ounce bag of tortilla chips.
In this order, you will top the chips with 14 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed, 2 cups cooked pulled pork in barbecue sauce, heated, ½ to 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and ½ to 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
Place the pan in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven.
Drizzle ¼ cup barbecue sauce on top.
Top with sour cream, tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, and cilantro.
