Ingredients

of an 11 ounce bag of tortilla Chips
▢

black beans, drained and rinsed
▢

/ 16 ounces cooked pulled pork in barbecue sauce, heated

Monterey Jack cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

barbecue sauce

sour cream

diced tomatoes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Load your parchment paper-lined 9x13 baking sheet or dish with a layer of chips.
In this order, you will top the chips with the beans, pulled pork, and cheese.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven.
Drizzle barbecue sauce on top.
Top with sour cream, tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, and cilantro.
Notes
This is a great recipe that you can add to or omit ingredients from.
Make sure you choose a thicker tortilla chip. Some bags will say thin.
I have doubled up the recipe with layers, but make sure you prepare this in a baking dish or a baking sheet.
You can use barbecue pork and barbecue chicken for this recipe. Both work great.
