A super easy, spicy beef recipe to feed a crowd. It's robust and perfect for tailgating.

Ingredients

beef roast, (eye of round preferred)

16 oz. jar of pepperoncinis
▢

12 oz. bottle dark beer
▢

.7 oz. packet Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix

10.5 oz. can beef consomme
Instructions
Place roast and all ingredients in roasting pan.
Cover tightly with foil.
Cook overnight (or 8-10 hours) at 250.
Shred the beef and let rest in the juices until ready to serve.
Serve on a hard roll with juices soaked into the bun.
