Ingredients
Vegetables
3lbs.asparagus, blanched if large stalks
2cans sliced hearts of palm
1jar button mushrooms
1 ½pintsgrape tomatoes
Dressing
⅔cupolive oil
½cupapple cider vinegar
1 ½teaspoonssalt
1teaspoonpepper
3clovesgarlic, finely minced
Instructions
Add vegetables to a large resealable bag.
Add dressing ingredients to a jar and shake until well mixed.
