Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking soda

unsalted butter, room temperature

white granulated sugar

packed brown sugar

eggs

vanilla extract

chocolate chips

a cup of chopped caramels

pretzel pieces
Instructions
Line two baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
Sift together
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
,
1 teaspoon baking soda
, and
1 teaspoon salt
and set aside.
Cream together
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
,
¾ cup white granulated sugar
, and
¾ cup packed brown sugar
until well combined.
Add
2 large eggs
and beat just until the yellow disappears. Stir in
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
.
Fold in
1 cup chocolate chips
,
½ cup a cup of chopped caramels
, and
½ cup pretzel pieces
.
Drop a tablespoon of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 9 to 11 minutes, or until slightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
