These oven baked sweet potato fries are seasoned with chili powder, cumin, and brown sugar, and paired with a Sriracha dipping sauce!

DIPPING SAUCE Mayonnaise | Sour Cream | Ketchup Sriracha Sauce | Lime Juice
Peel and slice sweet potatoes evenly into thin strips. Rinse with cold water then pat dry completely.
Place all the seasonings in a large bag and shake until blended. Add potato fries and shake until coated, then add oil and shake again.
Place the fries onto a prepared baking sheet, space them out so that they are not touching. Bake for 12 minutes, then flip and bake until nicely browned.
Stir all the sauce ingredients together until well blended. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
