Southern deviled eggs

WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE

Southern Deviled Eggs are creamy with a touch of sweetness from pickle relish and a sprinkle of paprika on top. Very simple and tasty!

Eggs | Mayonnaise Yellow Mustard Dijon Mustard | Salt Pepper | Paprika Sweet Pickle Relish

INGREDIENTS

Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.

BOIL

Let eggs sit for 10-15 minutes then rinse under cold water and peel. Slice in half and remove yolks.

REST

Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and pepper to the yolks. Mash together with a fork.

MIX

Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves or use a pastry bag. Sprinkle with paprika.
