3tablespoonswater(use amount specified in your brownie mix)
8ouncescream cheese, softened
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupspowdered sugar
1cupmixed berries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small pizza pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine 1 package brownie mix, 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, and 3 tablespoons water. Whisk until just combined and do not over-mix.
Pour the brownie batter onto the pizza pan and spread evenly, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Check early and don't over-bake. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
While the brownie is cooling, in a medium mixing bowl beat 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
Slowly add in 2 cups powdered sugar and mix until it is smooth and creamy.
Once the brownie pizza base has completely cooled, spread the frosting over the top evenly.
Slice the strawberries and arrange all the berries on the top in any pattern desired. Serve right away or refrigerate.
Notes
