14 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed

    • ¾ of an 11 ounce bag of tortilla Chips
    • 14 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed

    Instructions 

    • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
    • Load your parchment paper-lined 9×13 baking sheet or dish with a layer of chips.

    • In this order, you will top the chips with the beans, pulled pork, and cheese.

    • Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

    • Remove from the oven.
    • Drizzle barbecue sauce on top.
    • Top with sour cream, tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, and cilantro.

    Notes

    • This is a great recipe that you can add to or omit ingredients from.
    • Make sure you choose a thicker tortilla chip. Some bags will say thin.
    • I have doubled up the recipe with layers, but make sure you prepare this in a baking dish or a baking sheet.
    • You can use barbecue pork and barbecue chicken for this recipe. Both work great.
