Testing results for raspberry lemonade pie
- While testing this recipe, I found that some brands of pink lemonade were sufficiently colored to create a nice pink pie, but others, unfortunately, were not. The red food coloring is optional, and I did not use it for the pictured pie.
- We loved using lemon Oreos in this recipe, but you can use any lemon-flavored cookie instead.
I hope you make this recipe. I think you’ll love it!

Storage instructions
This raspberry lemonade pie can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 5 months without toppings.
You don’t have to use red food coloring to make raspberry lemonade pie. Some brands of pink lemonade are not very pink, so the addition of a little food coloring helps the pie develop the appropriate color.
If your pie is not as firm as you would like it to be, it probably hasn’t chilled sufficiently. You can put the pie back into the refrigerator until it reaches the desired consistency. You can also put it in the freezer for a short time to help it firm up.
