Salted Caramel Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Crisco or Butter (softened)
- ¾ cup of Sugar
- ¾ cup of Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 teaspoons of Vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 and ¼ cups of Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 cup of Chocolate Chips
- ½ a cup of Caramels (chopped up)
- ½ a cup of Broken Pretzels
Instructions
- Start by creaming together your butter and sugar, until well combined.
- Add in your brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well combined.
- Sift together your flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add to your wet ingredients. Mix until completely combined.
- Fold in your chocolate chips, caramels, and pretzels.
- Drop a tablespoon of cookie dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes, or until slightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
