We enjoy soups and stews year-round, but we probably eat soup two to three times per week in fall and winter. My best tip is to make a large pot of soup and freeze as much as you can in sizes that will feed your family, whether that’s one person or four. Then, you can pull out a bag of soup from the freezer and have a hot, wholesome dinner ready in no time!
